The location is vibrant, surrounded by restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore The Hague.
I could hear noises from other rooms and the street, which disrupted my sleep at times.

The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help and cooperate.
The room looked a bit steril. It was a very nice and big room, but they could decorate it a bit more warm.

I felt utterly disrespected in this so-called hotel. They charged me for a night i didn't stay-even after a near-drowning experience! The check-in staff greeted me like an inconvenience, and don't even get me started on the scamming incident that left me in financial ruin. A complimentary gesture would've been nice, but apparently, that's too much to ask.

The location is really nice, it
Offers a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of cafés and bars nearby. During my one-night stay in a Standard Double Room, I appreciated the cleanliness and complimentary tea and coffee. The steep staircase can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

Nice location on a quiet plein. Easy to get to by tram with good instructions on hotel website. Decor in the room was humble but adequate. Wifi was good.

Nice clean room with brand-new bathroom(I like the shower room and shampoo/bath gel very much). Near to the tram stop and only a 10mins walk to the central city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had some problem with Booked.net when booking, and the contact from the hotel was very fast and polite. Very satisfied.
The tram line outside is making noise all the day but we diden't care and slept well. The housekepper and other customers was noisy. Not suitable for sensitive people. It could be better if there were fridges in the room.

The room was clean, the bed was ok
It is a bit noisy (it is an old house with wooden floors). The rooms on the front can hear the tram quite good. This however is only till say half pas eleven.
